At Mharo Kaam, accessible via our mobile application, one of our main priorities is the privacy and security of our users. 📱 Profile & Account Information When you initiate registration or sign in via phone OTP verification, we collect your mobile phone number, display name, and location.
📦 User-Generated Content When creating listings, we collect title, description, category, price, location, and uploaded product images.
🛡️ Device & Security Information Device IDs, hardware hashes, and IP addresses strictly for fraud prevention, bot blocking, and rate limiting.
💬 In-App Communications Chat metadata and notifications necessary for real-time buyer-seller conversations.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

You can delete your account inside the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or submit your phone number below:

⏳ 30-Day Grace Period Profile and listings are immediately deactivated and hidden from public search.
🗑️ Permanent Deletion All listings, profile details, and photos are permanently purged after 30 days.
🔒 Security Blocklist Restricted identifiers (hash/banned phone) may be retained strictly for fraud prevention.
"Mharo Kaam operates as a private platform and reserves the exclusive right to refuse service, reject registration, deny OTP issuance, or terminate access to any mobile number, device, or user at its sole discretion, without prior notice or assignment of reasons."
